Inspection Services
- Our services include the initial phone or email conversation
- Meeting yourself and or the real estate agent at the property
- Explaining the inspection process to you before I begin
- Inspecting the property (I encourage you to join in so that I can answer any questions you may have along the way)
- I will then recap the Inspection with you
- I will the generate a report that includes items noted as well as digital images with text explaining each item
- You will have the report within 24 hours (Let me know if you need it sooner, and I will do what I can to accommodate)
- I am always available to answer any questions you may have once you get the report
- Should an unnoticed issue arise down the road, Please give me a call and if need be, I can swing by the property and go over it with you
