There are other inspectors that may charge less but please be careful who you choose. I care about my clients and their investments. My inspections and reports are very thorough and I walk my clients through the entire home buying process. Also, I inform clients with aspects that of their home or business that go above and beyond state requirements.

My pricing is as follows:

Minimum charge is $375.00

Anything over 2250 square feet is 11 cents per square foot.

No upcharge for crawl spaces and lawn sprinklers.

Additional Items:

Swimming Pool- $75.00

Outbuilding- $75.00

Septic and Water Well- $75.00 (with coliform and e-coli analysis)
