My wife and I would like to thank you for the incredible inspection that you did for us last week. Your timeliness, thoroughness, professionalism, and experience were evident from the moment we first met you. The number and scope of the issues that you brought to our attention was pretty amazing. We thought we had already made a comprehensive list and were surprised when your report added another 38 pages of considerations.
We liked the abundant use of color pictures in the report as well as being able to receive an electronic copy of it in email and a hard copy in our regular mail. Your reporting format was so well done that we did not have any trouble disputing an increase in our 2008 property taxes. Your report also provided with in-depth documentation to go back to the contractors that recently did work on our roof and siding and have them make corrections that would have later cost us several thousand dollars.
Most of all we would like to thank you for your time and willingness to re-arrange your schedule to help us out. We are completely convinced that if we want to buy any property, or have any construction or contractor work done, we are going to make sure you are our inspector. I wish we had found you years ago!

Mr. Cody Briggs: I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful job you did on inspecting the house my wife and I are going to buy. You really took the time to check everything down to the outlets and also had no problem showing me the things you found. Both my wife and I are very impressed by your high standards of professionalism. After using your services I cannot think of anyone that would have taken the time and effort you did to make sure we were getting a house with as little problems as possible. In Houston you really never know how the people that have lived there previously have taken care of the house. Buying a house built in the 80s can be scary. You really made me understand the faults and what it would take to fix the problems that were there. I also now can make an informed decision as to buy or not to buy. In this day and age it is really difficult to find someone that has the knowledge and foresight to show you what currently is a problem and what may be a problem in the future. Mr. Cody Briggs, License #9851, did the inspection on our house on January 23, 2008. The quality of his inspection was exceptional. The attention to detail and completeness of his inspection was exactly what we needed to evaluate our investment. He took several hours going through the house from top to bottom and submitted a report compliant with the TREC standards. Because of the cold temperature he was not able to adequately evaluate the A/C but set up another appointment convenient with my wife to complete the work.
Given our current situation living in Vietnam and trying to purchase a house in the US we must rely on professionals to help us make decisions. Having the quality of services provided by Cody gave us confidence to make the purchase.
